The Haywood County Board of Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill the following positions on the Haywood County Engineering Review Board:
One licensed, registered general contractor or established land-disturber to begin serving upon appointment.
One person who fits one of the following descriptions: geologist, soil scientist, engineering geologist, geotechnical engineer, landscape architect, engineering intern, engineer, or environmental consultant, to begin serving upon appointment.
The deadline for applications is 5 pm on Friday, February 3, 2023.
Application forms may be downloaded from the “How Do I…Submit Volunteer Board or Committee Application” section of the county website at https://www.haywoodcountync.gov/9/How-Do-I or picked up from the County Manager’s office from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at the Haywood County Courthouse, third floor, 215 North Main Street, Waynesville.
Completed applications may be returned to the County Manager’s Office or attached to an email to Amy Stevens, Deputy Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, at amy.stevens@haywoodcountync.gov.
