Agendas, Minutes, & Videos

Haywood County is proud to announce the launch of an exciting new system for accessing Agendas, Minutes, & Videos for meetings. The system includes all meetings held from July 2020 onwards. For archived meetings prior to this date, you can access them by clicking here. Additionally, you have the option to watch captioned videos of our meetings on our YouTube channel by clicking here.

To enhance public engagement, we have introduced the eComment feature, allowing you to request to speak or add public comments for upcoming events. Simply utilize the eComment feature under Upcoming Events to share your input. Alternatively, you can submit public comments via email to the Clerk to the Board at amy.stevens@haywoodcountync.gov. To ensure consideration, please submit your comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday preceding each regularly scheduled Monday Board meeting.
