Raccoon Creek Bike Park is located in the Town of Waynesville on Francis Farm Road. The future park will be able to serve as a recreational facility and land conservation area for years to come!
The first phase of this project was made possible by PARTF & RTP grants, County funding and amazing sponsors like the Haywood County Tourism Development Authority and Mountain Credit Union.
Construction will begin Fall of 2024!
This first phase will provide a wide variety of spaces to promote outdoor recreation,
including:
- A bike pump track,
- A bike skills course,
- A small walking/biking path,
- An adventure playground,
- Picnic pavilions,
- And other open space.
