In preparation for the launch of our new electronic portal, effective immediately, the General Contractor listed on the permit will be required to call in ALL inspection requests for the permit.
Manufactured Home inspections must be called in by the project manager or the sales office.
If you are the GC listed on a permit, please begin calling in each inspection needed. we appreciate you requesting all the rough inspections and all the final inspections together. We will continue to perform next day inspections. When the online portal is launched, you can request inspections for a future date.
Inspection requests will be allowed from each contractor through January but beginning 2/1/2024 the new policy will be enforced. If you have questions, please call us at 828-452-6638.
