The Haywood County Board of Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill the following positions on the Haywood County Health and Human Services Board
A Veterinarian, Optometrist, and Psychologist member, each to begin serving upon appointment and a Psychiatrist member to being serving April 15th.
Requirements for these positions are:
- Candidates must be currently licensed to practice; and
- Candidates must be actively practicing in the State of North Carolina, and
- Candidates must reside in Haywood County.
Qualified professionals are encouraged to apply. Each candidate will be serving a 4-year terms. Upon completion of the term, appointees serving their first term are eligible to apply for reappointment to a second four-year term. The deadline for applications is 5 p.m., April 5, 2024.
