Attention Haywood County Small Businesses Impacted by Helene!
Eligible businesses can apply for recovery grants of $1,000–$25,000 to help cover expenses related to rebuilding, recovery, and ongoing operations. 💼 This program is specifically for for-profit small businesses with 25 or fewer employees that have been directly impacted by storm damage or business loss due to the evacuation and reduced tourism.
• Working capital to maintain or restart operations
• Repairs to storm-damaged property
• Replacement of lost or damaged inventory
• Lease or mortgage assistance
• Equipment repair or replacement
• Payroll during temporary closures
• Personal expenses, unrelated debts, or unrelated investments
• Non-profits, rentals, illegal businesses, lobbyists, and businesses with bankruptcies or legal issues
